About V.I.PODS

V.I.PODS specialise in providing you with a luxury igloo pod for a V.I.P experience at home, perfect for any occasion. We offer a variety of different packages including the Basic package, V.I.P dining package and the Cosy package, however if you have something different in mind, we will happily assist you. Our igloos are suitable for all occasions, big or small. Whether that be gatherings with friends, romantic date nights, engagements, anniversary's, birthdays, hen do's, baby showers, we've got you covered!

V.I.PODS are based in Peterborough and Bedfordshire, but cover all of surrounding areas, and in between! If you are unsure whether we cover your area, please ask and we will do all we can to help!

Terms and Conditions

​

To secure your booking you will be required to sign and agree to our terms and conditions. We will then take a non refundable £100 deposit. This will be fully deducted from your final invoice amount. The remaining amount will be due two weeks prior to your booking, or payment on the day if agreed by us.

Delivery of the igloo pod will be between 8am -3pm. More information on delivery times will be given the day before delivery. Assembly takes approximately 1.5 hours and will be done by V.I.PODS. The igloos are 2.88metres diametre. In the event that we should arrive to erect the pod and the required space is not available, full payment will still be due. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the site is the required size. We recommend 3.5 metres.
